As I said several days ago here, Etrade will be in NETO it has been confirmed on Etrade web site.

I agree...I just browsed through the preliminary s1 filing...it does not look good for this company...in fact, the only thing it has going for it is that "Net" in their name and symbol...

It does not inspire confidence when (1) their auditors have substantial doubt about the viability of the company (2) the majority of the funds raised from the IPO is going to repay IBM for outstanding debt (3) they state that much of the IPO proceeds will not be used for furthering business objectives (4) their main competitor is the Microsoft FrontPage program, which sells for half the price, not to mention FrontPage 2000 is coming this summer...

While this IPO may be "hot", the company sure isn't...and IMO won't be around to celebrate one year as a public company...

IBM purchased their stake back when NETO was still one of the only players in web design packages. I think IBM is beginning to realize the folly of its ways. From what I've been told, IBM's own web site people refuse to work with Fusion, and those that do hate it.
