Pilot, a few weeks ago Sandra, Ken W., Radar myself and a few other Amigos enjoyed some quick $$$$$$$$ on PQT. Ken's got this stock on remote control, so I'll let him respond to your question.

Pilot,

PQT planning the spin off of PCQuote was one of the rumors that was floating around when we were trading it about a month ago.

PQT has become one of those FA poor co's that have taken on a life of its own, and a very nice trading stock. Strongest support is at 11 with resistance in the 12's. High of 14 was way overdone and sold off on the news of CNNfn taking a stake in the co. I'm a bit unsure of what the plan is with the spin of PCQuote will mean to PQT other than to bring MUCH needed cash so that it can continue to operate. The IPO will not even be filed for 30 days or so. In the meantime play it off of the TA and make a bundle of dough. LOL
