It is the "Bullish Percentage" or in simpler terms, the percentage of stocks in the QQQ that have triggered PnF buy signals. When the percentage gets too high (around 70%) it signals that a top is nearing. From there you use other indicators to time it better. It is like a yellow light telling you it is not a good time to start new long positions.
