This guy must know about PNLK helping in the recovery. ----------------------------------------------- ECONOMIC BRIEFS Yaakov Sheinin, CEO of the Economic Models Corporation, is predicting for the first time in four years that Israel is about to recover from its economic slowdown, HA'ARETZ reported. He believes that the turnaround will come in the second half of the year, and will be discernible in 2000. Sheinin was the first in 1995 to warn that the economy was about to sink into recession.
