To The Dudes TM's previous post is in need of an answer and I'm not sure what to advise him as I have no experience in the issue. Because of his status as a good customer, Datek has offered him the potential to secure a few shares in the Goldman IPO. The catch is that they "want" you to hold the securities for 90 days, under the singular threat that you would be offered no future IPO's. Considering his investment return, I'm just not sure it's worth it. What do you think? TB
