If that is what is going on...
then there must be some recourse for shareholders. What is it?

CLARIFICATION>Director and jim....

>>>Is it your opinion that shareholder value was
>>substantially compromised?

Shareholder value [may] have been substantially compromised.

>>Management...got $1 million
>>US and 19% of Softquad and got them out of their hair.
>>Then they borrowed $500,000 of it.

SoftQuad International nka NewKidCo International received appx/ US$800K and 19% of SoftQuad Software (11/98)...Insider borrowings of $533,179 transpired in October 1997, the notes, of which, mature on October 17, 2002.

The bottomline simply is that SoftQuad Software is excited about something...as is James Clark, Pinetree Capital Corp, KBL Partners, Roberto Drassinower, Sheldon Inwentash and SoftQuad Software competitors, NetObjects and Allaire are enjoying multi-hundred million $ market-caps...less than six months after said NewKidCo divestiture/SoftQuad MBO...and NewKidCo management appears to be suggesting why NewKidCo [nineteen (19%) percent pre-private placement] shareholders should not be equally excited...was that not the reason the Rabins negotiated retaining said 19% and accordingly representing same to their shareholders in November 1998?
