I had my broker contact the counsel in charge of the jaws "chill" at the DTC (they would not talk to a lowly shareholder.) The lawyer stated that the chill was due to a determination of whether all the certs were active and to be sure that any certs released would be valid. I think that this confirms the rumors that some restricted shares entered the float or an error in the total share/certs outstanding have occurred. I do not know this for certain but I am presuming that this is more likely than more shares have been issued. tom
