Bill: Keep polluting and keep shorting. It's OK by me I'm here for the long haul. The higher the short interest the more bullish I become. I have very strong reasons for owning the stock. If you are shorting I think you are quite reckless with your funds, besides I don't short stocks there is something about betting on a loser I just don't like.

I bet mingling with the group from your dog-pound would be a harrowing experience in real life... a bunch of angry pessimists.. No thanks..

I don't wish you Luck!

<<Valence files $50 million shelf - the "bucks to assure worldwide dominance". So let me get this straight: the company has not delivered a product or meaningful revenue since inception. All of it's R&D deals have been terminated. It has flipped over key executives several times and has lost its CTO.>>

Bill,

One might interprete this to mean that, VLNC has gotten it's R&D done and complete. They are cleaning the management house to change over from R&D to manufacturing. They have also worked out financing to do the manufacturing thing. making this transition would be the natural progression of a world class player. IMO, VLNC isn't a world class player. I should have added to my short position yesterday and today, but I hesitated since I could not account for the spike up.

Brilliant deductions, Wexler. You have pointed out that these people have no skills since they have worked for other companies that have not emulated the progress of the nation's top growth companies. Why, Valence hasn't even been able to attract Bill Gates away from Microsoft!
