Thanks, Dan. I didn't realize how you were using the word "ethnocentric". It can be used to refer to 'culture' as well as to race, but I didn't connect the dots (I was stuck thinking of the meaning in terms of "race, or ethnic group" - hence I was very puzzled... I had visions of ethnic cleansing dancing in my mind, as one of DEC's innumerable crimes! "Your suggestion is worthless - you are Korean" or "You are Eskimo - you can't work here" LOL!). In any case, it was interesting. The thing is though, that Datek is not head and shoulders above everyone else, so I'm a little surprised if they were too arogant. But I guess you never know.
