Steve I am a new investor also saw your reply to Wayne I have a fairly small investment in Dell and have been watching the stock for a long time it seems to always do well after a down turn I am new to the Mkt with Dell and Citigroup my largest holdings Do you think Dell is a good buy under 40.00 I have managed to gather 700 Sh by buying on the down trends Being new to the silicon investor plus to the mkt I can not understand why so much $$ are pouring into the internet stocks and a company like Dell with good earnings does not move much any help would be appreciated George Schulte
