Marc or Gary, I also see this possible divergence, but I remember reading once that so long as the MACD is rising, this "initial" divergence may later be "corrected". Bearish divergence would be if a new price high is not matched by a new MACD high and then MACD giving a sell signal (i.e., going below the signal line) before it exceeded the previous high. But, as I said, this is what I remember reading somewhere but I do know what the source was. May be you or Gary can comment.
