From Apr 97 to Apr 98: Buy 26,000 Sell 401,400

so:

Apr 97 to Today: Buy 911,625 Sell 1,545,000

Get this: Capel is often grouped with FM, CC, and Levesque
in buying and selling.

Ergo, to be a net SELLER, this is a company insider, or a
previous private placement being exercised before deadline,
or.... I'm open to theories..
