Get with it. MP3 will be going no where. Their performance and
quality stink! MP3 will not be a threat. You need to look a little

I'm very skeptical that the industry will all of sudden decide to work along with the very format they are now expending energy fighting, especially when that format is inferior (MP3). And although many people may discount the "industry," as you know from my previous posts, I believe the death of the industry has been grossly exaggerated and will likely be one of the greater influences in deciding which format becomes standard.

That's great news for Diamond Media. I wonder how they sit politically with the RIAA? Is the RIAA required to be impartial in selecting a format?
