Here are some cheery thoughts!

From the heartland...
My young daughter has recently discovered AOL. Many of her friends have accounts. AOL is careful to allow protected accounts for children under 12. She chats, surfs, uses the research tools, resolves playground disputes.. and feels part of the virtual community.

These kids tell the story. They are following in the footsteps of their parents who surf, get weather, stock quotes, streaming video and descend into the abyss of chat rooms late at night.

AOL has to be the utter long term hold. Just my opinion.
