I like to think that I am a health nut. Fresh sweet butter, virgin olive oil, loads of green vegetables cooked tender-crisp, freshly baked bread, fresh ripe fruit, succulent cheeses, nothing from a can (except tomatoes, sardines, and anchovies). What could be healthier?
