MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999--Quest Net Corp. (OTC BB:QNET - news) today reported $0.02 per share earnings for the six months ended December 31, 1998.

On gross revenues of $1,526,053 Quest Net Corp. posted a 27.73% gross profit margin for the six months ended December 31, 1998.

The Company reported a pretax profit of $423,181 for fiscal year 1998 which generates a Book Value of $0.02 earnings per share for fiscal year 1998.
