USWB has 74.4 mil shrs outstanding, with a float of 53 mil. 50k shrs is not even a drop in their bucket. Noone is selling out.

Salomon Smith Barney initiated coverage of USWB today with a neutral
rating. I really don't know have you can have a neutral opinion on a stock other than to say that you are unsure and confused about the stock just like everyone else.
