Seeing as how they have announced the deal it must be presplit shares that are being exchanged. I don't think that the partners would be keen on taking shares in a company that has not traded yet. A lot of coin has already been spent on the property if this is the property that I think it is. Maybe some one else could shed some light on this. ITL Capital has and was working on what they call the CJ Claims. Winspear says the Char property. Is the Char property part of a larger CJ claim group?
