Every additional desperate post is a nail in your own coffin. We know you are scared. All attempts to depress the stock occur on low volume, and increases are on high volume. Someone is buying, do you know who? You will find out. You won't like it. You'll have closed your short position by then anyway. Sorry, but you are on the wrong side of this bet.

RECENT B.S. FROM WEXLER AND I QUOTE...
"The latest rumors that have made their way to the internet bulletin boards are about a relationship between Energizer and Valence...."
"...these rumors are lies. There is no current or past relationship of any sort between Valence and Energizer."

Please read the following from the Valence 10K dated March 29,1998

In May 1994, the company signed a joint development and license agreement with Eveready for cross-licensing of all background technology, and certain foreground technology developed during a two-year period. ............In May 1996, the joint research and development program ended, although the agreement remains in effect.

The Energizer batteries I have say Eveready Battery Co. Inc. on them.
