But you're right, technically, the CEO position had always been Tsang's during this time frame. IMHO, this is just shuffling cards in a deck. Nothing has changed in the past, and I don't have any confidence that this latest rearrangement will make a difference either.

For instance, did anyone else notice that Black is still Vice-chairman of the board? Didn't OAKT's market share in optical storage absolutely plunge under his stellar leadership?

Weren't critical engineers jettisoned under his watch?

Make no mistake, the powers that be still are running the show...

Does anyone know what became of the lawsuit against OAKT filed as a class action right after it's large fall three years ago(I think three)???
