limtex, Could well be some short term weakness (confirms your point that we're ahead of earnings), but I still maintain that healthy earnings for the big guys (non-techs) is a long term bullish sign for the techs. I have never been good at short term predictions, but long term goes to the strong. The other point is that NAZ weakness could be coupled to apparent correction of the sky high internet sector. I have nothing against this sector, just find it hard to get a handle on what the valuations should actually be. In many cases it is clearly too high. I suspect in some cases it is too low. Whoever can figure out which is which will become rich. Wanderer
