Hey NN..

I think a creeper is coming up on c.biv

I have always been a liking to the stock and their product, I do not hold any shares - yet ... it's been like a private company lately between the L&H and FLV share of ownership, lack of news, lack of trading etc etc ...

There was hope that a deal would be announced "shortly" after March 31st related to court houses and unisys ... 47k volume today biggest in a long while, and slowly creeping back up to $2.00 <20cent value it was when it did reverse split 10-1> ..

Definately not a daytrade, but i think $5-$10 is likely by the end of the year without news - could start to bounce with news..

Just my gut feeling. I don't want to read all those thousands of posts I missed today, to find out what happened to t.MCF today <woohoo> but, plan to make a small trade position to c.biv in the morning

Nah, I'll probably wake up at 6am and read all 'em posts anyway! :)

Take care.
HART

NN,

Are you watching BGI? Three days in a row with big volume. Stock is beginning to break upward.

NN - I and everyone I know have a 3 day settlement period for all trades. DO floor traders or other big players of any sort have different settlement rules.

I ask because Iread one time that the brokers had until noon EST on the last tradingday of the month to settle up all trades for that month

In effect they could buy or short a stock at 12.01 on the last trading day of the month or anytime after that and not have to settle until noon at the end of the next month.

Is this true??? If so then month end is not until noon tomorra.
