Stocks like SCH always come back....

Which makes it more attractive to sell covered calls in such fashion, if SCH goes down you get the benefit of the premium of the sold call.... And you keep the stock.

If it goes up... well, they will call away the shares (at a profit, if the strike price was set above your cost...) and you still keep the premium.

btw... the premiums in SCH are lovely !!

If SCH goes down a little bit more tomorrow, I could cover the May 115 call... And I may have the chance to do it again ... this time I would go for 120 or 125 May calls.

It works like a charm... and SCH is the perfect stock to do it with.
