Having the first "NATO ethical war" in history being lead by a militarilly- inept amoral pacifist is a very large handicap.

I do agree with your suggestion of arming the opposing forces, like the KLA. << Europe has depended on mommy America and her children to do the dirty work for far too long. >> Your indifference is overwhelming.
