According to Judge Webber Wright, Clinton did subvert our justice system. Obstruction of justice and lying under oath does not fall within "the constraints" of our judicial system, at least I hope we haven't sunk to the point that we perceive Clinton's subversion as within the norm, politically. We just have to recognize our institutions and "checks and balances" are only as good as the men and women who inhabit those institutions and show the willingness observe our laws.
