Introduction

A TPEG strategic Roadmap into Internet Ventures - the focus is on enabling technology with which the company hopes to build long term equity strength and greater shareholder value.  The TPEG team is transitioning away from its entertainment production and distribution origins in order to focus on enabling innovations in the converging telecommunications, entertainment and technology industries. We are now in the process of identifying and funding early and expansion stage companies that: (a) have unique internet-based hardware and/or software applications, (b) have dynamic, knowledgeable and experienced management teams, and (c) which show exceptional promise as catalysts in the explosive internet/e-commerce space. We believe this new direction is ideal for building long term equity strength and greater shareholder value.  This transition of corporate focus will also usher in a renewed effort to bring the company closer to its shareholders. Few companies have had the good fortune of attracting such a loyal community following.

IATResources.com Features

We intend to foster and encourage this sense of community by providing an informative web presence. Central features of our web site include:

1. IAT-Release - up to the minute news of company activities

2. IAT-Recent Investments – information about our newest finds

3. IAT-Roundtable - a bulletin board forum for communication, sharing, and due diligence

4. IAT-Report – thought-provoking newsletters on emerging technology

 The IAT-Release

All press releases will appear on the web site as it is disseminated to the various news and financial services. In addition we expect to publish all financials on the Web site as they are filed.

 The IAT-Recent Investments Page

Information related to each new investment will be published on the TPEG web site as they are publicly announced, along with links to the respective company sites, as appropriate. Logos will be accompanied by summaries of the investment and prospects for cross-pollination and future growth potential.

 The IAT-Roundtable

This bulletin board is designed to function as a forum for eliciting interactive discussion among our shareholders and the investment community, inspire ideas and stimulate debate. Yahoo Bulletin Boards (//post.messages.yahoo.com/?action=q&board=tpeg#listhref), the Club Chat Rooms (//clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/duedilligence), and several other venues provide a place of community assembly and discussion. Although TPEG will not participate in the IAT-Roundtable, TPEG will make appropriate press releases concerning its business which should facilitate conversation on the IAT-Roundtable. We invite and encourage you to use the IAT-Roundtable for registering your thoughts and ideas, venting your issues and presenting interesting opportunities that you believe TPEG should be exploring.

Confidentiality: Although the IAT-Roundtable will be an anonymous bulletin board, we do ask everyone to register their name and email address in compliance with the SEC. Names and email addresses will remain confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than SEC compliance measures and will not be sold nor distributed.  The IAT-Report

The IAT-Report is intended to:

•Define TPEG's evolving role in the Internet/e-commerce arena •Follow the path of emerging technology within converging IT related industries •Offer our particular insight into the latest IT developments and technology trends •Offer insight from new and established entrepreneurs in various related industries •Discuss the potential for TPEG's involvement in these emerging technology trends

The IAT-Report will be authored and edited by Barry B. Sandrew, Ph.D. Executive VP/CTO of TPEG and will feature invited contributions from new and established entrepreneurs who are changing the Internet and e-commerce landscape. The first installment, Time-Shifed Television - The Emergence of Video Servers in the Living Room represents an area that is clearly of interest to TPEG and a trend that we are following on multiple levels. However, this and subsequent reports must be viewed within the context of our overall investment strategy and are therefore only samples of several emerging trends that represent the current TPEG focus.
