Gary,

Basically you should understand that when just about any company other than INTC, AMD, IBM, or MOT says .25u process, what they are really talking about is .35u. When they say .18u, they are talking about .25u. This has to do with what is essentially a marketing spin on how these companies measure feature size on a chip. So when Samsung says they are building Alpha on their .25u process, it has about the same performance as AMD's or INTC's .35u.
