Actually, the first .18 part will be a PII mobile (Dixon). Release date has been announced as this quarter.

Intel will ship 0.18 micron/5 Metal Layer Dixons (Pentium II + 256 K L2 cache) by June of this year - or sooner - for Mobile applications.

Coppermine - 0.18 micron/6 Metal Layer (Pentium III + 256 K L2 cache) looks like it is ON TRACK for a September PRODUCTION launch.
