Re: the lighter short term view. I always look at new information with an open mind, but take remarks from people that write about investing rather than trade for a living with a generous grain of salt. From experience, they are to often the last to grasp what is really going on. In the case of the writer from Fortune, she pointed to no facts and included a cute slander disparaging the move in cyclicals. Isn't she the one who brushed off the move as non-sense a couple of weeks ago? Very soon, she will have a different story to tell and it will include the internets. There is something very real going on and most writers and investors won't have a clue until the reality of it clubs them over the head. I'm betting, they won't have long to wait. Mike
