OT - Dump thy Sun Stock.

I am a programmer doing Y2K remediation on Java apps. Came across
this little jewel this morning. Written a mere three years ago.
Pathetic.

day = today.getDate();
}

Guess what folks, this won't work come year 2000. Written
three years ago. If this is the kind of work being done
at Sun, I repeat, dump thy Sun stock.

Forget about SUNW for a minute. What do all of you think about an extended trading hour for NASDAQ and NYSE. They are proposing a 5pm - 10pm eastern time extended hour started some time in this summer.

Next year, we might have a 24 hour open market. I say let's make it a 24x7, 365 days market. I heard that's what Al Gore wants, and that's a quick way to capture the votes of hundreds of thousands of daytraders vote in Y2K presidential election.

I think a 24x7 trading market will be awesome. Daytraders don't need sleep any ways.
