Here's an E-Mail from Roger Tompkins, Midland CEO. I asked numerous questions, he answered the ones that he could. Please don't ask me for his e-mail address. I do NOT have his OK to publish it.

E-MAIL Text from Roger:

Glad to help. I'll answer the questions which can be answered.

1. We will proceed with the 15c2-11 process, initiated in February 1999.
2. The CBQI shares (1,315,800) were purchased for $23,125
during November 1998. Mark Pierce was Midland's CEO at that time.
3. Each security requires a separate 15c2-11 application. Ideally, all of Midland's securities will again trade. We started with the common stock.

Best ... Roger Tompkins

I copied this from the other thread. Bill Burton posted it.
