Anyone know what MCK would be worth if HBOC was valued at 0? That is, if merger never took place at all? Thanks in advance.

Class action suits are no surprise with a drop like this.

Probably won't matter other than the legal costs. I watched Ceridian
(CEN) tank last year after mgmt. killed an $100M payroll product
they'd had in development for more than a year. Up to a week before
they killed it mgmt. was saying the beta tests were going great, and
was still slated to replace the existing payroll product.

Suits in response to that drop recently were dismissed, and frankly I
consider Ceridian's mgmt. behavior far more misleading than what we're looking at here.

So I wouldn't sweat the suits. The lawyers'll run MCK into court
where the suits will eventually get dismissed.

Tony,

looks like at least 7 class action suits are in the process of being filed-lawyers- what a sleazy "profession"

Sort of gives new meaning to the phrase "hitting a seven-bagger"... <g>
