Regarding Proxy vote; yes for the ISOs and no to #4
proposal which would increase the authorized shares to 60 million.

Yes to ISOs because;
1. management has earned it - look at the recent appreciation,
2. it gives management even more incentive to act in the shareholders best interests.

No to the increase in authorized shares (proposal #4) because it could be a prelude to an antitakeover device.
