I'm glad you were able to at least get something back. That's encouraging! My guess is that the Drive Image Archive (whatever that is...) is still there and you will be able to get it. You should give tech support another try. I didn't have any trouble getting through to them yesterday.

Regarding the license -- bottom line is what other disks will the diskette work on? My understanding is, if you have the original disk that you recovered from installed on your computer, then ANY other disk on the computer will be available for recovery -- whether it was there at the time of the initial recovery or not. Still have to test this scenario out.
