My understanding is that they will NOT do convertables again. I would think that optimally, the stock will be significantly appreciated by then which would allow them to do a secondary.

Paul, can you clarify one aspect of your post? Do you believe that Ken H. was talking in any way about the future price of Ancor?

Wile I haven't listened to the conference call yet to sort out the conflicting views presented on the Board about some of the details of that call, as posted thus far (but I will do so tonight), did Ken H. actually make a prediction as to stock price, or did he merely note the requirement that a stock maintain a certain price (and meet other requirements) for a period of time, and then compare the price to historical circumstances which haven't yet permitted a filing for NASDAQ registration? My instinct tells me that Ken is not a person to make predictions about revenue and profitability, so why would he predict a stock price. It just doesn't make sense.

In any event, while Ken may know quite a bit about the migration path of fibre channel, and how to market, I don't believe that he knows anything about future stock prices, particularly since he can't tell us what is behind the NDA curtain, he doesn't know how big fibre channel will be and he can't predict whether or not Ancor will get Sun IBM, EMC, etc. as OEM deals.

I look forward to your response.
