Do you really think Goldman Sachs is scared of a little dip in the nets? They don't have to micro-time IPO's for rally days. BNBN release will create its own rally going into the release date.
Besides the nets could snap back at any time.

You have no info about any delay so why freak people out for no reason? This IPO is on the verge of happening. What's another week or two? If you're afraid then sell. But this is a buying opportunity. Selling this now makes no sense. I bought more yesterday and have an order at 35 for more. I doubt it will fill. I'd be surprized if it did.

Good luck in any case but I have neither seen nor heard anything to make me worry about BNBN or BKS, on the contrary. And when it moves it will REALLY move.

I feel the same way, if it is early May we should have already at 40's, and Mass media would have news for it. Maybe there is something we don't know, but insiders know. Many bearish guys said this year it has only six months good time for Tech stocks due to the Y2K worry. If so, June or July might also not a good time to bring out BNBN too. Money is moving back and forth between Techs and Old economy. More people are looking for security than profit now. It looks to me, the peak is almost reached. BNBN IPO seems late for catching Nets' big time. Anyway, I will hold because the BNBN spin off will benefit BKS either way.

I don't think "market conditions" will interfere with this IPO. Look at MPTH and INFA today and RAZF yesterday. If those second-rate IPOs can perform so well, Goldman won't have any problems getting BNBN done. Think about it: no one in their right minds would refuse BNBN shares at the offering price. I'd gladly buy 20-30K of those shares, if they'd give them to me! Selling $200 million worth of BNBN will be a piece of cake.
