Henry, And we have our first example of the integrity we can expect from the new board members. Yesterdays trading ran the price up from buying assuming something was going to happen to benefit the buyer(s) and the stock price. So the buying was very likely from those with inside information that a deal was being cut. And the beneficiaries were those supporting Father Gregory. So our first action by the new nominees was to "leak" the deal to allow for inside trading BEFORE the release was announced. Yes, integrity is a fine thing.

Henry,

Yes and NO, my friend.

I would rather be well intentioned and wrong that ill intentioned and right. Of course I truly prefer to be well intentioned and right:-)

Henry, Don't WE, the shareholders vote on the board members? Can't WE as a group vote up or down on all nominees? Also, can they install these four new members at THIS meeting or do they have to send out proxies to us and let all of us vote on their nominations in which case we may know what is going on at the pilot plant before these members are voted on?

What I am thinking is that our only hope is that the pilot plant work is going so well that it won't matter who is on the board. The only thing any of the board members wants, ultimately, is for the property to make money for all of us. It the pilot plant is producing ore, the Father Gregory group will support it and the current direction...I assume. Also, if it is producing ore, the FG group won't be able to garner any support to change direction anyway, because any shareholders supporting them are only doing it because they believe they will offer a better solution than Gardner.

But if the plant is getting nothing, again, it doesn't matter who is on the board in that case either.

TIA for any input on the "board vote" issues.

Tom F.
