Sorry to hear that you are in a bad mood. How do earthworms and slugs get into your home? We have a cement slab, and they haven't figured out how to crawl up the stairs.

What do you know about slugs, living in the East? You don't know slugs until you have seen Washington slugs. When our kids were younger, on moist mornings we would send them out with a bucket with a bit of beer in them and pay 2 cents for every slug they caught and dumped in the bucket. Within an hour the bucket was full and we were out several dollars. I think the highest they got once was $12.62.

And Washington slugs AVERAGE about 4-5 inches in length.

Thanks for making me think of that in the morning!
