Rick: let's get the numbers straight. During fiscal yr 98 USWB revenues were $228.5MM vs 470MM for CATP. During lst qtr 99 USWB revenues were $84MM vs $151.5MM for CATP. Now, according to Bloomberg USWB has 1.960 workers against 4,444 for CATP. The math is quite
straight and shows revenue/employee of $895K for USWB vs $204K for
CATP during 98. For the lst qtr 99 is $43K for USWB vs $34K for CATP.

No doubt on a market cap/sales basis and on a P/E basis CATP looks more attractive than USWB. I would argue, however, that both look relatively attractive compared to the Internet universe of stocks.
