I don't see a cure all in any of the establishment control techniques. Historically there have only been four ways that adolescent boys were kept from developing into marauding violent hordes. 1) Established stronger males impose restraining controls on them. 2) The culture instills a strong moral code that most will internalize, allowing them to self manage aggressive tendencies. 3) Preadolescent castration. 4) Some combination of these. Personally I prefer number 2 combined with number 1 to a lesser extent. I figure lorri cooey would vote for number 3. Pezz would too, except for himself and subserviant buddies. You?
