tonto, I'm glade you requested info., let us know what you find until then this is what I
know:

geocities.com

Check it out, MXNT is a multi business oriented company (similar to CMGI), if we
find out that this furniture business didn't workout, it still wouldn't matter because it
would be just a one bad business out of many very good ones.

One more thing, I've never stooped down to paid bashers or shorts level and I will
not. Sometimes the best response to bashers is not to respond at all, and that's what I'm planing to do.

Whom ever is interested in MXNT info, check this message board, it has a lot of good
info. about the company, and the link I provided above is a very good source of a
complete research package on the company.

V. Disclosure: I'm buying some more before the end of this week, I think it is a steel at
these prices.

Over Viewer.

Maxnet, Inc. having a similar name to Maxnet System, Inc. was just a coincidence. Maxnet, Inc. is incorporated in NJ. When you go to incorporate you have to give three or more names that you would want to use as your company name. You do this because a check is done to see if a company has that name already. I don't know the full process of what is checked, but it doesn't matter. Maxnet was not responsible for the checking. Either the state or the lawyers are responsible. But that doesn't matter either.

Maxnet, Inc. is different from Maxnet Systems, Inc.

One is based in NJ and one is in FL.

One is public one is private.

Maxnet, Inc. was not responsible for the confusion. The investors caused the confusion, and because of their mistake, some lost money.

That was almost nine months ago.

There may be some skeletons in Maxnet, Inc. closet, however, this is not one of them.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that you or anyone else shouldn't look for weaknesses in MXNT's armor. Due diligence is everyone's responsibility. But there is no need (IMO) to make a small issue bigger then it really is.

Mike

tonto - Investors lost more money on Dell, Compaq, 3Com, etc. than the entire market value of Maxnet. I would suggest that you investigate companies that people trust and don't bother doing any DD on.

BB companies we check on thoroughly.

Furniture? - would be a great idea to sell used office furniture on the internet. Maybe Maxnet will do it.

JMHO

P.S. I was hoping for a dip like this - buying more
