Hi lib,

This hipe with Microforum has roots in their e-Commerce technology that is based on iForum research and development. So it is better to
take a look at www.ifront.com .There U can find a list of their clients (among them, for example, Home Depot). They say they
develop web sites for their clients. For me it has nothing with real innovation in Internet technology. And base on their site samples
it looks like that usually they developed only a couple pages (for example, Home Depot Annual Report).

About Marco Argenti background - I am not sure is it very cool to
be "a pioneer in the development of advanced CD-ROM software titles, having been recognized in his native Italy by the Ministry of Justice". As for me, for publicity purpose this is not the best hit.

However may be experience with "advanced CD-ROM software titles" is the reason why Sharp has deal with Microforum:

"As part of the contract, Microforum will design and develop an interactive sales CD-ROM that contains valuable information to help the Sharp sales force successfully introduce and sell Sharp's outstanding LCD products." - not a big deal, by the way :).

Based on all this I do not see real background for MCF to be innovative Internet company. That is why I need an advice from
experienced traders, for whom fundamentals are not so important(because I still hold MCF stocks).

Thanx,
CashIt
