Thanks. I have heard of isps giving away pcs but i thought it was on a very small scale. I thought the only contenders of low cost pcs were emachines and microwerkz here in seattle. I have to tell you that based on nsm's past stock price performance and comments on this thread, i figured halla was out of his league but now i am beginning to think he may know what he is doing. It appears that unlike amd, he chose not to confront intel directly but rather first get his act together. And seems like it may be working. ted
