I doubt that if they announced prior it would have changed my vote but it would have been nice to have all the facts. I am also concerned that management announced insider selling AFTER sending out a ton of PR Newswires in early April that pumped up the stock price. I'll tell you what, if AMAT tanks like MU I have seen attorneys use less than this to generate stockholder class action lawsuits. In any event, I have a ton of AMAT but put in a limit order at 48 just in case Sun is not quite 100% accurate on his 47 number. <gg> Jeff
