Some comparisons to MCF's neighbor Razorfish, which some analysts are saying are close-knitted.

Keep in mind RAZF is trading up 7.25 at 53.60 American or 82.15 Canadian.

Microforum, Inc. (TSE:MCF - news) reported revenues of $9,059,212, an increase of
$7,812,719 for its Third Quarter ending November 30, 1998, compared to revenues of $1,246,503 for the same period of the
previous year.

Revenue, from continuing operations C$9,059,212 C$1,246,503

Net loss ($3,082,568) ($195,696)

Basic EPS ($0.18) ($0.03)

---------------------------------------------------------------------

RAZF has a current eps of (.38)

Its current story (on CBS Marketwatch):

Web consulting firm Razorfish (RAZF: news, msgs) jumped 16, or 48
percent, to 49 1/2. On Tuesday, the recent IPO ran up 109 percent, or 33 1/2 points, on top of the initial offering price of $16. The Manhattan-based firm raised $48 million by offering 3 million shares. Credit Suisse First Boston led the deal. The company is vying for a piece of the $2.4 billion worldwide Web consulting business. By 2002, the market is expected to grow to nearly $33 billion.

The difference between the two are many however:

1) Shares outstanding - MCF still much cheaper now when considering price.

2) MCF reporting profits of 30 mil. with a "great quarterly report" coming up

3) Backing by MSFT and award winning software.

More to come....
