So Gustave, What is the deal with you Belgians? Are you guys all "gung-ho" for a ground invasion of Yugoslavia to take over the country and install a proper, pro- NATO government? Here in America, the people are split about 50-50 over the war. In fact, in the Congress yesterday there was a vote in support of NATO opperations in Yugoslavia. It failed to pass in a vote of 213-213. It was a major blow to the President. Bill Clinton has failed to sell this war on the American people. -John
