Just for your information.

A couple of days ago a TV show up here in the NW had a report on arsenic contamination on land that used to have ASARCO smelters on them. Now they have houses. ASARCO is being sued because they refuse to comply with a cleanup order.

I don't necessarily believe that they should be made to clean this up I'm just passing along some info. ASARCO has already dumped a lot of money into cleaning up sites in the Tacoma Washington area.
