Bill, At the time of the trading halt and for several months after, Marc Pierce gave assurances that there are still several active and viable candidates under consideration for reverse merger into MIDL. The cleansing of the shell was the only hold up in bringing one or more of these companies in. As I recall John Spriggs resubmitted his offer with the revolutionary fuel stuff. He didn't have a shot at it unless he could produce evidence of the financing to construct the plants. No such luck. The Greek shipping operation was another candidate. Marc indicated that there were others. My question is, are there any current viable candidates under consideration? If you get another chance at e-mail, could you pose this question?
