I've made money riding momentum stocks but my biggest wins have been the result of taking a contrarian approach. Of course if GLE went back to the 4-5 level it would be the result of being less than a favorite while fundamentally being still attractive.

Hi the Chief,

<I only ever buy 1/3 in a long term account. If it goes up I continue to
buy, if it falls I try bottom picking and buy 1/3 then when it starts to
take off a gain, I buy the last 1/3......
If it ever got to your numbers I think I'd do more than 1/3!!,gg>

Does it means, you don't place a stop-loss on a stock in your long term account?

I bought GLE for my long term account, but I placed a stop loss and don't like this.

Thanks, your opinion is always appreciated.
