It was announced privately 4-28-99 that Malone has agreed to use the
TSATA shell to start a CATV-Telephone-Satellite construction venture
headed by Chris Sophinois (exec vp of tsata) John Johnson (vp of distribution).
With Malone's contacts with the CATV industry and AT&T this should be
a monster. This info came from a very reliable inside source.

If it's true we should know and profit from it fairly shortly.
Today's volume and price action are surely impressive:

at 12:18 EDT we are up 21/32 (35%) to 2 17/32 on almost 5 million shares.

OK, Y-fall, the road is now clear for this puppy to bounce to 5+. I just cleared my position at 3 5/8.
